Participants: 17 expert cytopathologists all around Europe

The aims of the project are to evaluate the interobserver and intraobserver variation in low grade squamous lesions (with the ASC-US category as main target to define its criteria in the HPV era) and to evaluate HPV status biases among cytopathologists expertized in HPV screening/triaging.

The first round includes 74 ThinPrep scanned cases and 17 expert cytopathologists all around Europe are invited to participate. The cases are located at Eurocytology portal and will be available for further rounds.

We aim to be able to offer round also for residents and cytotechnologists as well as conventional smears and SurePath cases in the near future.
